General Service Policy: A 12 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel.
Reservation Policy: If you are renting a vehicle, all reservations must be made within 25 hours in advance of your departure. Luxury vehicles are difficult to obtain in New Orleans. Only on rare occasions can I obtain a luxury car on a shorter notice; however, we shall try.
Cancellation Policy: If a rental vehicle has been obtained for your services, all rental fees must be paid in advance of service. When booking in advance of an event, NOLADriver.com requires a 40% non-refundable deposit.
Payment Policy: The cost of a rental vehicle, a tank of gas (if a rental) and three hours of driving service must be paid for in advance of service. We have a three hour minimum for service. You will find that our rates are lower than limousine services which charge by the hour and number of people.

Additional Concerns:
- NOLADriver is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while chauffeur services are been providing.
- NOLADriver does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions or other delays beyond our control.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity while chauffeur services are been provided by NOLADriver.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to his/her vehicle during the duration of NOLADriver services by the owner or any members of his/her party.
- NOLADriver chauffeur's have the right to terminate the chauffeur service without refund at anytime (including but not limited to a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client or his/her party. This policy applies to both rental vehicles and owner vehicles.
- The chauffeur will not be forced to break any laws on behalf of the client or his/her party.
